Since 2015, he has worked extensively with Microsoft BI tools—from Dynamics CRM to Power BI and now Microsoft Fabric.He holds a strong foundational education in Accounting & Business from the UK, giving him a rare ability to connect financial strategy with technical execution. His career began in Mexico City, where he developed a deep appreciation for cross-cultural and scalable solutions before relocating to Berlin, where he continues to lead and deliver advanced analytics architectures.At KI performance GmbH, Nadim serves as Senior Analytics Engineer, supporting enterprises in streamlining reporting, governance, and automation through Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. He conceptualizes modern data platform architectures, focusing on automation-first, code-driven, and process-optimized solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business needs.Beyond engineering robust solutions, Nadim is an enthusiastic educator and communicator. He facilitates workshops, guides teams in adopting modern BI and data engineering practices, and regularly speaks at industry conferences such as FabCon Europe 2025.
